- Complete production line covering cooking of adhesive material, mixing of dry & adhesive materials, forming, cooling, cutting, metal detection, and pillow packaging. Melting and cooking are combined in one electromagnetic pot for faster adhesive material processing.
- Dry and adhesive materials are mixed in a single shaft horizontal mixer for more even distribution.
- Three-roll-feeding-hopper system ensures even material spreading.
- Fan-cooling system achieves uniform cooling throughout the process.
- Vertical/transverse cutting integrated cutter-head provides accurate cutting dimensions.
